Y’all can’t keep saying “we can’t afford staff” when anybody can use google to see that we can

It’s not just a staffing issue. What kind of care do you think you’re getting in a hospital when the provider has worked for 10 days in a row with double and triple assignments??? NPs and PAs in here working unsupervised like a f’in doctor bc there’s not enough doctors but they bill for services NPs provide under the doctors name so they can get reimbursed more.

And baybeee if you think it’s just at this facility I got news for you- this is simply how healthcare and literally everything works in the US- profit driven.
