Service Description

I come do your certification, a physical or health consultation in person in your home or location of your choice. I can provide blood pressure checks, write prescriptions and do in person education regarding your health issues. You'll have a written plan of care for yor health and any prescriptions and referrals you would need at the end of the appointment.
