My time blindness is absolutely ridiculous and another ADHD hurdle to jump

Time blindness is the inability to sense when time has passed, or estimate the time needed to get something done. There are plenty of ways to identify if you have time blindness, for example if you’ve ever scheduled an appointment and then done nothing all day because you had one two hour appointment scheduled, I might be talking to you.

They say the best way to manage time blindness is to put yourself on a schedule and use timers, app blockers and alarms to keep yourself on track. Idk if any of these things work well, time blindness is one of my three arch enemies (along with nazis and lactose) so when I find a way to manage it I’ll let you know
